I had some bad news today.
I dealt with it by turning it into a positive situation, simply changed it from following one path to another.
I think that’s the best way of coping with bad things, to confront them, acknowledge that they’re there, then try and turn it into a positive thing.
It’s cheered me up and has made things a lot more bearable.
Might start tomorrow with some meditation and a little bit of yoga.
And some tea :)
